TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 100% Advance Payment

2. Dedicated Support for One Project Only

3. Working Days:
   Monday to Thursday

4. Working Hours:
   10:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

5. Site Visits Not Included

6. Additional Hours Beyond 100 Hours:
   USD 20 per Hour

7. Additional Projects Shall Be Quoted Separately

8. Contract Period:
   Minimum One Month

9. Client Shall Provide Drawings, Contracts, BOQ, Purchase Orders and Required Project Documentation

10. All Deliverables Shall Be Provided Remotely via Email, Cloud Sharing or Online Meetings
