PMC Service will be charge at 20% of Project Value

"How It Works"

👉 Step-1: Pay the Token Amount to Book a consultation, same would be adjusted later from the package whichever will be selected (subject to selection of package only, token amount will be non refundable in case of if service not taken).

👉 Step-2: Meet our Expert Virtually on Team / Meet / Zoom & share your requirements with us.

👉 Step-3: Selection of QS package (Only Interior Or Interior with MEP scope)

👉 Step-4: After selecting the package, the next step is to pay 100% payment of selected package ( Sqft Area of Property X Per Sqft Rate of selected package) to seal the deal & enabling our team to initiate the process.

👉 Step-5: Timeline & Point of Contact Sharing: Share the project timeline and assigned coordinator/team member.

👉 Step-6: Requirement Collection: Gathering the Documents i.e. Site Survey report, CAD Drawings, 3D views, FFE, Make list, Basic rates of Materials, Details of Scope of work, project requirements,  Schedule a meeting with designer & client to understand the design & requirements

👉 Step-7: Approval of Budget: After preparation & approval of Estimated cost, you will Get an idea of Project Budget & PMC Fees accordingly.

👉 Step-8: Balance Running payment shall be made on prorata basis 

👉 Step-9: Project Delivery & Make the 100% payment before virtual completion.
